On the 9th June 2nd-6th Class went on a tree trail in the grounds of Castletown. We identified and learnt about a range of trees, from the lime trees that line the avenue to the magnificent Wellingtonia which is over 30 metres tall! We had a picnic lunch in the beautiful sunshine, before stopping at the follies and monuments around the grounds.
